INSTANT ROOF BUDGET

What might your new roof cost?

Enter your property address. We’ll review available aerial roof data and give you a realistic planning range in about a minute.

1. Property2. Roof details3. Your range

We use your address only to locate the correct roof and prepare this estimate.

This is an automated planning estimate, not a contract or offer. Final pricing requires an on-site inspection and may change for decking, code, access, material, or concealed conditions.

Your next step

You Have a Budget. What Happens Next?

Your online estimate is meant to give you a realistic starting point before you ever schedule an appointment.

If you're actively considering a roof replacement, the next step is a property evaluation. We'll look at the actual condition of the roof, flashing details, ventilation, penetrations, accessibility and other conditions that can't always be determined from aerial measurements alone.

We'll also talk through material and roofing-system options based on your priorities—not simply push the same roof package on every homeowner.

After that, we can provide an exact scope of work and proposal.

No high-pressure sales presentation.
Just a straightforward evaluation of your home and your options.
Understanding the range

Why Can the Final Price Be Different?

Aerial measurements can give us an excellent starting point, but two similarly sized roofs don't necessarily cost the same to replace.

  • Roof pitch, height and overall complexity
  • Number of valleys, dormers, walls and roof transitions
  • Chimney, skylight and flashing requirements
  • Existing roof layers and tear-off conditions
  • Decking condition discovered during replacement
  • Ventilation requirements
  • Material and roofing-system selection
  • Access and property-protection requirements

That's why we provide the online number as a budgeting range rather than pretending an automated calculation is a final proposal.

When we inspect the property, we'll explain anything that materially affects the final price.

A practical recommendation

The Right Roof Depends on the Home

Not every homeowner needs the same shingle, warranty package or scope of work.

Some homeowners are looking for maximum impact resistance and long-term durability. Others may be preparing to sell, solving an existing problem, comparing several material options or simply trying to determine whether replacement is necessary yet.

We take those differences into account.

We'll explain the options that make sense for your home, your priorities and your budget—and we'll tell you when we believe a repair makes more sense than replacement.

The goal isn't to sell everyone the same roof. It's to recommend the right solution for the property in front of us.

Details Matter More Than a Sales Pitch

A roofing system is only as good as the details that protect the vulnerable areas of the home. Flashing transitions, valleys, penetrations, ventilation, underlayment, roof-to-wall connections and property protection don't always show up in the finished photograph—but they're a major part of whether the roof performs the way it should.

What Local Homeowners Say

“We Roof Indy did a great job, start to finish. They did a thorough inspection of my existing roof and identified several items that needed attention beyond basic shingle replacement. As a former residential builder, I was aware of some but not all of what was found, and appreciated the keen eye for detail and clear commitment to identify, offer, and deliver a complete project done correctly.

Communication was timely and effective throughout. Work was completed efficiently and professionally. Pricing was clear and very reasonable, especially for the value delivered. It was clear to me We Roof Indy was committed to getting it right for the customer, and they achieved that. Very much appreciated.”

Roof Estimator Questions

Is this a final roofing proposal?

No. The estimator is designed to provide a preliminary budgeting range using available property measurements and project assumptions. An on-site evaluation is required before we provide a final scope and proposal.

Do I have to schedule an appointment to see my budget?

No. The purpose of the estimator is to give homeowners useful pricing information before requiring an appointment.

Why do you provide a range instead of one exact number?

Some important conditions can't be confirmed from aerial measurements alone. Roof complexity, flashing requirements, decking condition, access and material choices can affect the final scope. A realistic range is more useful than presenting false precision.

Will you automatically recommend replacing my roof?

No. If an inspection shows that a repair is the better option, we'll tell you. Replacement should be recommended because the condition of the roof justifies it—not simply because you requested an estimate.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners throughout Central Indiana, with a focus on Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Geist and surrounding Indianapolis communities.

What happens after I submit the estimator?

You'll receive your preliminary budget on screen and a copy by email for your records. We'll also receive the property and contact information you submitted so we can help if you'd like to take the next step.
